- How do I verify my account? — Upload your documents from the Verification page; each step shows its review status. Reviews are normally completed within 2 working days.
- How do I manage my Pro subscription? — Manage your Pro plan from the Account page. Web subscriptions are managed through the billing portal; iOS subscriptions through your Apple subscription settings. New eligible subscribers receive one month free, then Pro renews at £4.99/month unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- How do I create an invoice? — Build an invoice from your completed shifts on the Invoices page, then download the PDF or email it to the pharmacy directly.
- How do I delete my account? — You can delete your account and its data at any time from the Account page.
